Dr Bob is the founder of The Flood Museum and the Learning Institute Foundation, Inc. Dr Bob was a nuclear engineer in the US Navy, and holds a Masters Degree in Theology, and a PhD in Biblical Studies. His focus is the synthesis of Faith & Science.
